Noelle Carr's Blooms of Color Art Show

Welcome summer with a visit to The Perennial Chef to view Noelle Carr's first Ridgefield art show in 2011, thanks to The Paul Gervais Gallery. Ten of Noelle's vibrant blooms are currently on exhibit at the Main Street shop.

I am amazed by the beauty of nature as God's creation, and that is my constant inspiration," says Carr. "I have been especially fascinated with flowers for several years and have been photographing and painting flowers, and also learning about their various meanings throughout history," she continues. The art show will be n display through the summer and brings the beauty of nature indoors.

Emelie Howard "Spaced Out" at Paul Gervais Gallery

Emelie Howard's show "Spaced Out" at the Paul Gervais Gallery in Ridgefield will be up until March 7. This series of paintings, inspired by images from space, together make a great show and mark a new direction for Emelie, a prolific and creative artist, writer, and filmmaker active in the CT art scene.

Heidi Lewis Coleman Giclee Collection at Chocopologie

Heidi Lewis Coleman will show her giclee collection at Chocopologie at 12 South Main Street in Norwalk. Chocopologie is a great place for art, amazing chocolate & food, and a fun night out. heART for Haiti Fundraiser to benefit Save the Children

The heArt for Haiti fundraiser starts tomorrow with simultaneous art shows in five different towns on Friday, Jan 29 from 6-9 pm, and Saturday, Jan 30 from 12-3 pm. Many local artists have donated work to be sold at this fundraiser. Participating galleries include Rockwell Galleries in Wilton, Westport, New Canaan and Fairfield and Galleria d’Arte in Ridgefield. One hundred percent of the proceeds of art sales at this event will go to Save the Children. If you are looking for a way to help the people of Haiti, please come to one of these events. You'll be supporting Save the Children, and also can bring home a work of art.
